At GATE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your GATE account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it at a local collection point; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
